Mark joins the team after a successful naval career, where he rose to the rank of four-star admiral. Highlights include serving as vice chief of naval operations and chief human resources officer, where he led major cross-service initiatives including the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell. He has been recognized for introducing innovative personnel policies and also brings experience as a board member of a public company and a government research center. He is a strong keynote speaker with a unique message about driving change and building community.

She has an MBA from Rice University, a B.S. from Purdue University, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Donna has been recognized 4 times by CRN in their Most Powerful Women in the Channel awards.
